Payment & Refund Policy

The Realm of Goddess Kit

1. GENERAL PAYMENT TERMS

By submitting payment to The Realm of Goddess Kit, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • All purchases, tributes, and offerings are voluntary, final, and non-refundable.

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe, ensuring encrypted transactions and buyer protection.

  • You must be of legal age (18+) to make a purchase on this platform.

2. PAYMENT METHODS

Accepted Payments:
✔ Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
✔ Digital Wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay)
✔ Other Stripe-supported payment methods

3. NO REFUNDS OR CHARGEBACKS

  • All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products and services, there are no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges after purchase.

  • Chargebacks or disputes filed through your bank will result in:

    • Immediate account termination & permanent banishment from My Realm.

    • Legal action to recover funds, including additional penalties & fees.

    • Your name & email being blacklisted from future transactions.

If you have a legitimate issue accessing a product, contact approach@goddesskit.com for support.

4. CUSTOM OFFERINGS & SESSION PAYMENTS

  • Custom Offerings and Session Requests require evaluation & approval before payment.

  • Once accepted, you will receive a private payment link.

  • Failure to submit payment within the timeframe given will result in cancellation of your request.

  • There are no refunds on Custom Offerings, as they are uniquely crafted to your specifications.

If you wish to purchase full ownership rights to a custom creation, an additional 25% licensing fee will apply.

5. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & ACCESS POLICY

  • Purchases of digital content (including rituals, devotion experiences, games, locked access, or submission trials) grant 30-day access unless stated otherwise.

  • You do not own the content you purchase. Unauthorized sharing, reselling, or distribution will result in legal action.

  • If you lose access to a digital product due to a technical issue, contact approach@goddesskit.com for assistance.

6. SESSIONS & PRIVATE ENGAGEMENTS

  • Sessions are granted at My discretion. If accepted, payment must be completed before the session is scheduled.

  • Missed or late sessions are forfeited. There are no reschedules unless explicitly granted.

  • No refunds if you change your mind or fail to meet My requirements.

7. FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY & VIOLATIONS

Any attempt to commit fraud, dispute payments, or violate these terms will result in:
✔ Permanent banishment from My Realm.
✔ Legal action & financial penalties.
✔ Your information blacklisted across My platforms.

8. POLICY UPDATES

This policy may be updated at any time. Your continued use of My Realm implies acceptance of all updates.
